About The Position
K&D Landscaping Inc. is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Account Manager to join our family-owned and operated business, which has been a staple in the tri-county area for over 35 years. This position is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing client relationships while ensuring that our high standards of service and quality are met. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients, acting as their primary contact, and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This role requires a proactive approach to client management, including performing site walkthroughs to assess quality and service expectations, as well as presenting enhancement opportunities to clients. In this fast-paced environment, the Maintenance Account Manager will work closely with maintenance supervisors to uphold quality standards and oversee approved enhancement projects. The role also involves onboarding new maintenance accounts, conducting profit assessments, and providing annual budgets for the assigned book of business. A strong understanding of gross margin and financial data related to landscape maintenance operations is essential, as is the ability to maintain accurate client records using CRM tools such as Aspire and SharePoint. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with a persuasive and teaching style that fosters collaboration and understanding among team members and clients alike. Attention to detail is crucial, as the role involves handling various tasks efficiently and accurately while adhering to established guidelines and policies.
