About The Position

TCB Quality Landscaping, Inc. is seeking to hire 30 Landscape Laborers for a temporary, full-time position in Travis and Williamson Counties. The role involves outdoor work in various weather conditions, utilizing hand and power tools for landscaping tasks such as maintaining lawns, digging trenches, and planting. The position offers a competitive hourly wage and includes opportunities for overtime and performance-based raises.

Requirements

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Experience with landscaping tools and equipment is preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in landscaping or groundskeeping.
• Knowledge of irrigation systems and plant care.

Responsibilities

• Use hand and power tools to maintain lawns.
• Dig holes and trenches for sprinkler systems and planting.
• Lay sod and plant various landscaping elements.
• Operate motorized vehicles as needed.
• Load and unload tools and supplies weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
• Stand, sit, or walk extensively throughout the day.
• Perform frequent stooping, bending, and repetitive movements.
