Requirements

Consistently move, adjust, and position items weighing up to 80 pounds
Occasionally ascend/descend a stepstool, stepladder, and/or ladder
Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers for duration of shift
Communicate with others to exchange information
Moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
Work in all weather conditions and temperatures

Responsibilities

Follow instructions from the foreman and communicate clearly with both supervisors and customers in a professional, friendly manner.
Load and unload tools, plants, and materials; assist with planting, digging, and installing job components.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site; ensure tools are properly cared for and stored.
Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting up to 80 lbs., hauling, shoveling, and operating power tools.
Use basic reading, writing, and math skills to follow directions and complete tasks accurately.
Show good verbal communication, organizational skills, and the ability to stay focused on the job.
