Landscape Laborer
About The Position
Landscape Laborer Reports to: Landscape Foreman/Supervisor Supervises: not applicable Responsibilities Assists with loading and unloading landscape trucks, ensuring proper materials, supplies and equipment are available as instructed by supervisor Assists with preparing plants, fertilizing, mulching, and watering all landscape plantings as instructed by supervisor Assists with installing rock walls, landscape lighting, and pond/water features as instructed by supervisor. May perform basic irrigation work as necessary. May operate skid steers, rototillers, trenchers, chainsaws, sod cutters, brick saws, and any other landscape equipment as instructed. Performs other duties as required. Education/ Experience Prefer previous landscaping experience, but not required Good driving record Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities Construction knowledge Mechanical knowledge Problem Solving Customer service skills Ability to bend stoop and stand at least 8 hrs a day Ability to lift 80lb
