About The Position
About the Role: As a CBRE Landscape Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining the condition and appearance of grounds, plants, and foliage for a designated property. This job is part of the Landscaping function. They are responsible for the delivery of gardening and landscaping services to one of our clients in the Downtown Phoenix area. Monday - Friday 6 - 2:30 What You'll Do: Perform all landscape responsibilities within standard scope of duties. This includes mowing grass, trimming bushes, and trees, light irrigation etc. Conduct daily maintenance requirements on site. Assist supervisor with regular site inspections. Protect the organization and clients from damage and loss. Report landscape damage to supervisor. Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having opportunity to exercise discretion. Follow clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
