About The Position

New River Landscaping West, Inc. is seeking to fill 7 temporary, full-time seasonal Landscape Laborer positions for the period from March 1, 2025, to November 30, 2025. The role involves various landscaping tasks and requires physical labor in outdoor conditions. Workers will be transported daily to various worksites across multiple counties.

Requirements

• Must show proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and manipulating materials.
• Must be drug, alcohol, and tobacco-free.
• No minimum education requirement; on-the-job training available.
• Must be available for the entire employment period and willing to work at various locations.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mowing and trimming hedges
• Edging and planting flowers
• Watering grass and flower beds
• Blowing leaves and pulling weeds
• Performing other related landscaping activities as required.

Benefits

• $18.06 to $20.00 per hour, with overtime paid at 1.5x the regular rate.
• Daily subsistence provided during travel.
• Transportation reimbursement for travel to and from the job site.
• Optional shared housing available at a monthly rate of up to $400.
