About The Position

Texas Star Landscapes LLC is seeking to fill four temporary full-time Landscape Laborer positions in various counties including Collin, Cooke, Dallas, Denton, Ellis, Grayson, Hill, Hood, Hunt, Johnson, Navarro, Parker, Rockwall, and Tarrant. The role involves various landscaping tasks and requires working outdoors in different weather conditions. The position starts on March 1, 2025, and ends on November 30, 2025, with a pay range of $18.14 to $20.14 per hour, depending on experience and performance.

Requirements

• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and supplies (up to 80 lbs).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible overtime and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in landscaping or similar roles.
• Knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Mow, cut, water, and edge lawns.
• Trim trees and apply ice melt.
• Rake and blow leaves.
• Dig holes and trenches for planting and irrigation repair.
• Pull, chop weeds, prune, and haul topsoil and mulch.
• Load and unload tools and supplies weighing up to 80 lbs.
• Work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
• Stand, sit, or walk extensively throughout the day.
• Perform repetitive movements as required.
