About The Position

Landscape Workshop, LLC is seeking to fill 48 temporary, full-time seasonal Landscape Laborer positions in Knoxville, TN. The role involves various landscaping tasks such as mowing, mulching, and maintaining properties from March 1, 2025, to October 31, 2025. Workers will be transported daily to different worksites across several counties, and the position requires physical labor in outdoor conditions.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old due to state labor laws.
• Must show proof of legal authority to work in the U.S.
• Ability to perform physical activities such as lifting, balancing, walking, and manipulating materials.
• Must be drug, alcohol, and tobacco-free in the work zone.
• No minimum education requirement; on-the-job training is available.

Responsibilities

• Care for established properties including mowing, mulching, aerating, edging, and blowing debris.
• Remove thatch, rake, weed, and water using hand tools and hoses.
• Adjust irrigation methods to manage water consumption and prevent waste.
• Trim and clean flower beds, prune and trim trees and shrubs.
• Follow planned designs to prepare and plant flowers, shrubs, and mulch as needed.
• Gather and remove litter and debris from worksites.
• Clean trucks, equipment, and tools used during landscaping activities.
