About The Position

The Landscape/Irrigation Construction Install Foreman oversees residential and commercial landscape construction projects. This role involves leading a crew to ensure projects are finished on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Here’s an overview of what you can expect to do while working here: Supervise and schedule crew activities, plan work efficiently, coordinate with our clients, manage material and labor, order materials, enforce safety regulations, troubleshooting problems, track records, maintain equipment, and achieve targets. Supervise and perform installation of various landscape elements including walls, patios, irrigation, lighting, and plant beds. Perform hands-on tasks like planting, operating equipment, ensure project completion to standards, and monitor quality. Supervise, direct, and train crew members for efficiency, quality, and safety. Inform management of discrepancies or issues on the job site, develop crew potential, and lead by example. Communicate with clients, crew, and immediate supervisors. Prepare timesheets for you and your crew members. Submit required Daily paperwork and respond to emails Performing other duties as assigned by the leadership team

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of landscape or construction experience
  • HS Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Extensive knowledge of plants, soil, irrigation, outdoor lighting, Hardscapes and landscaping techniques
  • Ability to operate equipment safely
  • Ability to read blueprints and specifications
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Time management and budget organization skills
  • Self-starter, performance-driven, customer-focused, and detail-oriented
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass and MVR check
  • Must be proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have strong leadership, supervisory, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to lift, pull, push, and carry 50-80 pounds
  • Ability to bend, twist, kneel, climb, and balance
  • Ability to walk briskly and work in a kneeling position
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment near heavy equipment
