About The Position
Allisonville Home & Garden by Sullivan, an upscale home boutique and garden center in Fishers, is searching for Residential Landscape Installation Technicians for our nursery. This position may occasionally assist with landscape installation, perform deliveries for all departments, and occasional work in the store based on company needs
Requirements
- Clean driving record
- Practical experience with plant installation
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Positive, mature team player
- Strong independent time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Collecting trees on property and loading them into a truck
- Installing trees and shrubs per our brand standards using only hand tools
- Cleaning up and leaving the customer's yard in pristine condition
- Sharing care information with the customer
- Reconciling paperwork daily
