About The Position

Landscape Install Crew Member Location: Farmington Hills, MI Key Areas of Responsibilities: Perform tasks like clearing and preparing job sites, grading terrain, digging trenches, and removing debris and other hazards. Construct hardscape features, which may include laying paver patios, building retaining walls, installing fences, and setting stone or concrete walkways. Install plants, trees, shrubs, sod, and mulch. Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools, as well as heavy machinery such as skid steers, power saws, and jackhammers. ______________________________________________________________________________ Education, Experience and Skills Required: Communication with management or crew leader as it relates to the job site schedule Conduct work in a safe manner Landscape Hardscape field experience is preferred. Experience in heavy equipment preferred Valid Drivers license preferred Willing to take on additional duties and/or miscellaneous tasks, as needed Punctuality and a strong work ethic are highly valued. _____________________________________________________________________________________ Physical Requirements: The ability to work outdoors in a variety of conditions. Must be able to work for uninterrupted extended periods of time.
