About The Position

As a Landscape Install Crew Leader , you will play a key role in leading a team dedicated to creating and maintaining high-quality outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on leadership position where you will oversee daily operations, ensure projects are completed efficiently, and maintain the highest standards of workmanship and safety.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in a Crew Leader or supervisory role within landscaping.
Strong background in landscape installation or a related field.
Ability to work extended hours, Monday through Friday.
Experience operating landscaping equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, and hand tools.
Strong leadership skills, work ethic, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise a crew of 3–5 team members on landscape installation projects.
Oversee daily job site operations to ensure work is completed on time and to company standards.
Install and maintain landscape materials, including plantings, sod, mulch, and irrigation systems.
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment such as mowers, weed eaters, skid steers, and hand tools.
Read and follow landscape plans to execute projects accurately.
Ensure a safe work environment and uphold company safety guidelines.
Communicate effectively with team members and management to keep projects on track.
