About The Position

The Role: We’re seeking an experienced professional who can wear a few hats - project management, sales, and crew leadership. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives out in the field, keeping jobs running smoothly from start to finish.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years in landscape, hardscape, and irrigation construction
• Proven landscape design/build industry experience
• Ability to read and understand site plans and blueprints
• Knowledge of excavation and construction processes
• Skilled in operating equipment such as skid steers, mini excavators, and similar machinery
• Proven leadership and crew management skills
• Sales experience with excellent communication skills
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 60 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions (rain, snow, sun, extreme cold or heat)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations for landscape and hardscape projects
• Oversee and lead installation crews to ensure quality and efficiency
• Review and interpret site plans, blueprints, and project specifications
• Handle excavation planning and oversight
• Communicate with clients, prepare estimates, and close sales
• Help coordinate project schedules, materials, and budgets
