Requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of landscapers in executing landscape projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain and irrigate plants, lawns, and gardens to promote healthy growth.
• Train team members on proper landscaping techniques, safety protocols, and equipment usage.
• Build and install landscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Monitor project progress and provide guidance to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project status.
