About The Position

Sunrise Landscape, a commercial landscape maintenance, design and installation company has been serving West Central Florida and South Florida with a commitment to landscape and service excellence. We are growing and have a great opportunity for a Landscape Foreman to join our Team in Wintergarden, FL. Sunrise Landscape has multiple locations throughout Florida, and this role will be located in the Wintergarden, FL We are growing and have a great opportunity for a Foreman to join our Team. This role will lead teams of Landscape Crews while supervising the day-to-day operations of our clients’ needs.

Requirements

• Knowledge of landscaping and irrigation systems
• Knowledge of common landscape problems and deficiencies
• Ability to work with hand and power tools skid steer and tree lift
• Ability to lift and carry heavy loads
• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to prioritize and provide excellent client service.
• Valid driver’s license required of at least 3 years with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Aspire software a plus!
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Organize job sites, schedule work, and assign tasks to crew members
• Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations
• Teach crew members about landscaping techniques and safety
• Ensure that landscaping projects are of high quality
• Follow safety and security protocols and ensure a safe work environment
• Identify and fix problems with grounds maintenance
• Ensure that the right tools and equipment are available
• Organize and track budget data
• Plant, mow, prune, weed, and perform other landscaping tasks
