Requirements

• Ability to work with and lead team members, develop trust with others and maintain clear lines of communication.
• Solid conflict resolution skills.
• Solid organizational skills and ability to continuously improve processes.
• Experience in landscaping.
• Crew leadership or project management experience.
• Lead from our Mission Vision and Values.
• CDL class A preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leading a landscape team of 2+ people.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Skilled in operating skid steers and attachments, trucks, and trailers proficiently.
• Strength in training others in equipment and project needs.
• Participate in meetings to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Problem solving on site and teaching others to do the same.
• Communicating effectively with customer and other teammates.
• Humility in leadership and capacity to lead by example.
• Fit and follow the DeHamer Landscaping Core Values.
