About The Position

Landscape East & West is a full-service award winning, eco-friendly, customer focused landscape contractor. We are seeking a Landscape Enhancement Foreman with 3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance or landscape construction. This position is responsible for the enhancement projects at commercial properties (apartment complexes, homeowners associations, etc.) Demo existing landscape, site preparation and grading, Installation of drainage installation, plants, shrubs & trees, natural stone and concrete paver hardscapes (such as paths, walls, patios)

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in landscape maintenance or landscape construction
• At least 1 year of crew leader experience
• Experience operating dingo, trencher, sod cutter, chain saw, weed eater, and power shears preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs, maneuver through client's property with equipment, and operate truck and trailer
• Candidate must possess a valid, insurable driver’s license and be 18 years or older.
• Ability to manage and communicate effectively with both employees and onsite contacts.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
