The Landscape Enhancement and Irrigation Manager oversees all enhancement projects and irrigation operations, ensuring high-quality execution, excellent customer satisfaction, and adherence to budget and timelines. This individual will lead a team, coordinate with clients, and support Pine Lake Companies’ mission of delivering superior landscapes through creative design, efficient execution, and sustainable practices.

  • Manage enhancement projects, including landscape upgrades, redesigns, seasonal plantings, and property improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee site assessments, project scoping, and estimating to meet client needs and budgets.
  • Coordinate design ideas and proposals with clients, sales teams, and project teams.
  • Ensure quality control through regular site inspections and communication with crews.
  • Collaboration with the AMs to generate, measure and price projects.
  • Shop and order of materials at the lowest delivered pricing.
  • Oversee all irrigation inspections, operations, including system installations, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve irrigation issues to maximize water efficiency and system performance.
  • Ensure compliance with local water regulations and promote sustainable irrigation practices.
  • Train and develop team members on irrigation troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance.
  • Oversee our consignment inventory and relationship.
  • Recruit, hire, and mentor team members, ensuring a high-performing and cohesive organization team.
  • Conduct regular training to improve technical skills, safety practices, and customer service.
  • Schedule and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines.
  • Manage budgets, materials, and equipment for enhancement and irrigation projects.
  • Track project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize efficiency and ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Minimum 3-5 years in landscape enhancements, irrigation, or a similar management role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, landscape management, or related field preferred (or equivalent work experience).
  • Irrigation Technician or Contractor Certification preferred; CLT or similar industry certifications a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of plants, hardscape materials, and irrigation systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling tools.
  • Problem-solving and organizational abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to operate work vehicles and equipment.
