About The Position
Botanica Landscaping is seeking full-time drivers with landscape maintenance experience to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving a 16" box or dump truck and performing various landscaping tasks. Applicants must demonstrate a responsible attitude toward workplace safety and possess the skills necessary to operate mowers and edgers effectively. The role requires the ability to safely lift and carry at least 50 pounds and work in all types of weather conditions. Candidates must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid USA driver's license for a minimum of three years, with a good driving record. Bilingual candidates, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish, are encouraged to apply. In this position, you will be expected to perform a variety of landscaping tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding. You will also assist in monitoring irrigation systems, operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, and ensure that outdoor areas are kept clean and free of debris. Attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately are essential for success in this role. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $19.50, with expected hours of 40 to 45 per week, and the opportunity for overtime. The work schedule is a day shift, allowing you to return home daily after your shifts.
