About The Position

As part of our Design + Planning Team in Charlotte and Raleigh, you’ll work closely with Landscape Architects, Project Managers, and Professional Engineers to translate concepts into high-quality, documentable design solutions. This hands-on role is ideal for early-career landscape designers who are eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to impactful projects. Why This Role: Gain hands-on experience supporting landscape architecture projects from concept through construction. Play an active role in producing studio deliverables and shaping project outcomes. Hybrid schedule - about 3-4 days a week in the office. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited school, or equivalent experience
  • AutoCAD, MicroStation, AutoCAD Civil3D, Geopak, and/or graphic software experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Experience in SketchUp or other modeling software
  • Self-motivated, engaged, and team-oriented with the ability to work independently
  • Execute multiple tasks under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
  • Understand planning and/or design concepts and methods
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience in hand-graphics and rendering
  • Willingness to take direction and learn software applications
