About The Position

Bohler’s Orlando, FL office is seeking a Landscape Designer ready to grow and make an impact. In this collaborative, fast-paced environment, you’ll work with landscape architects, engineers, and designers to bring bold, functional, and beautiful site designs to life across commercial, residential, and institutional projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Planning, or equivalent experience.
  • 0–1+ years of design experience; new grads and experienced applicants are welcome.
  • Production experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, and SketchUp preferred.
  • Strong design and presentation skills in both digital and hand-rendering techniques.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity, energy, and flexibility to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to integrate seamlessly into multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate on design packages for diverse land development projects.
  • Create design graphics and construction documents using CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other visualization tools.
  • Develop project renderings and graphics using both digital and hand-rendering techniques.
  • Design landscape plans for clients in multiple industries.
  • Coordinate drawings, exhibits, and calculations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communicate regularly with project teams, clients, and reviewing agencies.
  • Build technical knowledge in hardscape, planting, lighting, and grading design.
  • Partner with your manager to define a career path that reflects your goals and individuality.
