Headquartered in Tampa, we have various locations including Pinellas Park, Bradenton, Ocala, Orlando, Wintergarden, Venice, and Ft Myers. We have multiple opportunities for Landscape Crew Members in each of these locations. Your role would be servicing our clients in the field by providing landscape maintenance support to commercial, private and public properties. You will be required to safely operate our landscaping equipment to complete your daily responsibilities. THIS ROLE WILL BE BASED IN Wintergarden, FL The ideal candidate is someone who has at least 6 months of previous landscape experience and is capable of working in the Florida heat.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 months of experience in landscaping or lawn maintenance.
To be at least 18 years old and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
To perform physically demanding tasks in the Florida heat.
To be dependable and able to work well on a team.
To pass a background check.
Possess a valid driver’s license (of at least 3 years) and a clean driving record.
Pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

Perform various landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks including mowing/cutting, trimming and edging all grass/turf on the assigned property.
Use blowing equipment to clear debris and leave the client property in better shape than before you arrived!
Prune shrubs and low trees; remove damaged or dead branches.
Perform wedding by hand or small tools.
Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest quality standards and deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
