Landscape Crew Member – Natorp’s Landscape Installation Team (2026 Season) Join one of the region’s most respected landscape companies and build a career outdoors. Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Available for daytime, full-time work
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well with a team

Nice To Haves

• Experience in landscape installation (residential or commercial) is a plus, but not required for all positions

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Preparing landscape beds
• Weeding, edging, mulching, raking, and digging
• Planting trees, shrubs, and perennials
• Tilling, pruning, and general site cleanup
• Removing debris and materials from trucks at the end of the day
