Position Details

Position: Landscape Crew Member (Full-Time)

Pay Rate: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Requirements

• Ability to perform all essential duties safely and effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic problem-solving abilities
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs repeatedly
• Must pass a background check, MVR, and drug screening
• Reliable, dependable, and positive team attitude
• Driver Licenses needed to allow driving of golf carts

Nice To Haves

• 2 year landscape experience desired, but not required
• Spray applicator license preferred

Responsibilities

• Load and unload equipment and materials for daily job assignments
• Follow all safety procedures and promote a safe work environment
• Report damaged, malfunctioning, or unsafe equipment to the Supervisor
• Assist with the application of fertilizers, grass seed, and other treatments
• Perform general landscape maintenance, including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and leaf removal
• Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and weed-eaters
• Plant and maintain trees, shrubs, and other landscape materials
• Water plants, trees, and shrubs as needed
• Perform light grading using hand tools
• Report property damage, plant diseases, dead plant material, and quality concerns
• Assist with snow removal when required
• Perform additional duties as assigned
