About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Landscape Crew Leader to oversee daily landscape maintenance and installation activities. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for directing crew members while actively performing landscape work to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to high-quality standards.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of professional landscaping experience
• Proven leadership ability in a working supervisor role
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be able to repetitively lift up to 35 pounds
• Strong attention to landscape detail and workmanship
• Ability to pass the NALP Landscape Certification within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct crew members in daily tasks as assigned by the Foreman and Manager
• Perform landscape maintenance and installation duties, including: Mowing
• Mulching
• Sod installation
• Planting
• Irrigation work
• Chemical spraying as required
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards with close attention to detail
• Maintain productivity, job site organization, and safety compliance
• Communicate effectively with management regarding job progress and crew performance
