Landscape Crew Leader – Keeping Properties Sharp & Crews Smiling! Schedule: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM Location: Westmont Drive Charlotte NC 28217 Lead the charge in keeping our landscapes sharp, safe, and client-ready! This hands-on leadership role is perfect for someone who loves working outdoors, managing a crew, and making things run smoothly. What You’ll Do:

Requirements

• Valid North Carolina Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership skills and a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfort working outdoors and leading by example

Responsibilities

• Lead daily landscape crew operations—assign tasks, set the pace, and ensure top-quality results
• Communicate clearly with crew members and clients
• Serve as a client-facing point of contact when needed: walk sites, address concerns, and provide updates
• Operate and oversee use of landscaping equipment, including trimmers, blowers, chainsaws, and zero-turn mowers
• Troubleshoot issues and perform basic equipment repairs and maintenance
• Apply fertilizers and chemicals as needed (license preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Promote a safe, efficient, and productive job site every day
• Report progress, challenges, and material needs to the Operations Manager
