About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Leader to oversee daily field operations while working alongside crew members. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, and safety on job sites.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of landscaping experience required
- NC driver's license with a good driving record
- Strong communication and team management skills
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to repetitively lift up to 35 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Direct and support crew members in completing tasks assigned by the Foreman and Manager
- Lead by example as a working supervisor in the field
- Perform landscaping duties including:
- Mowing
- Mulching
- Sod installation and planting
- Irrigation work
- Spraying as needed
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and meet quality standards
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
