Landscape Crew Leader
About The Position
This is a working supervisor role, so you’ll be hands-on while leading the crew in the field. You’ll help keep projects moving smoothly and make sure everything looks top-notch. Daily tasks may include: Directing crew members on tasks assigned by the foreman and manager Mowing, mulching, planting sod, and general landscape installation Assisting with irrigation and spraying as needed Leading by example—working alongside your team, not just overseeing If you enjoy being outside, leading a crew, and taking pride in a job well done, we’d love to have you on the team!
Requirements
- Ability to lift 35 lbs repeatedly (mulch happens 😄)
- 1–3 years of landscaping experience
- Valid NC driver’s license with a good driving record
- Leadership skills and a “let’s get it done” attitude
