About The Position
We are a landscape and property maintenance company located in the Lower Keys, seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Crew Leader/Driver to join our team. This position is available for both full-time and part-time employment. The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver's license and have a solid understanding of lawn care equipment and plant care techniques. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. You will also be expected to communicate effectively with team members and clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns that may arise during the course of work.
