Performs as well as directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in grounds maintenance at commercial, private or public property, performing any combination of the following tasks: Cutting lawns, trimming, clipping, edging, power vacuuming, planting/maintenance and construction of flower beds, pruning shrubs, trees, hedges, cleaning grounds, weed control and fertilization. Performs snow removal services during winter months with opportunities to work in the assembly area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in landscape maintenance.
• Experience in working with people with disabilities preferred.
• Organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Ability to interact with a wide range of people.
• Proficient in operating a wide range of power equipment.
• Valid WI driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle with trailer.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities of workers engaged in grounds maintenance.
• Cut lawns, trim, clip, edge, and power vacuum.
• Plant and maintain flower beds.
• Prune shrubs, trees, and hedges.
• Clean grounds, control weeds, and fertilize.
• Perform snow removal services during winter months.
