About The Position

Signature Landscape, Kansas City’s premier commercial landscape maintenance contractor, is seeking Landscape Crew Lead / Drivers for all four Kansas City locations . We are gearing up for the 2026 season , with a start date of February 16 . Position Overview The Landscape Crew Lead / Driver leads a maintenance crew while performing commercial landscape services. This role includes driving company vehicles, supervising daily work, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen

Nice To Haves

• Experience in commercial landscape maintenance preferred
• Previous crew lead experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a landscape maintenance crew
• Perform mowing, pruning, irrigation, and turf applications
• Safely operate company trucks and equipment
• Ensure work is completed efficiently and to company standards
• Promote a safe and positive work environment
