About The Position
BTS Landscaping is seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Randolph, NJ. As a premier landscaping company established in 1995, we pride ourselves on our commitment to creativity, quality, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing the transition from sales to production, ensuring that project schedules are met and customer inquiries are addressed promptly. This position requires a strong focus on financial performance, operational excellence, and process improvement to maintain our high standards and achieve our business goals. In this role, you will manage customer relationships, ensuring timely collection of payments and overall satisfaction. You will also be responsible for achieving gross margin targets, monitoring budget alignment, and optimizing crew wages and material markups. Your leadership will extend to managing purchasing, subcontractors, and project quality, while developing and leading Superintendent and field teams to meet deliverables. Additionally, you will oversee the BTS yard, vehicles, and equipment to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction operations management, particularly within the landscape industry, and possess excellent time management, leadership, and communication skills. You will need to be proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, schematics, and blueprints, and have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
