About The Position
Job Title: Landscape Construction Foreman Juniper Landscaping of Florida, LLC is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to supervise and work alongside a landscape construction crew while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and with our quality standards in mind. This is a full-time position located at Tyndall AFB, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. The pay rate for this position ranges from $21.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience. As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations for the landscape construction crew. This includes coordinating the equipment and materials needed for each project, supervising and training crew members on proper installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety aspects. You will also maintain project schedules and ensure that landscape construction projects are completed within deadlines while overseeing quality control on job sites. In addition to supervisory duties, you will be expected to safely operate equipment such as loaders, skid steers, and excavators to perform landscape construction projects. Responsibilities also include loading and unloading cargo, heavy equipment, and planting materials, reading landscape plans, and providing landscape material layouts. Daily timekeeping of work hours for crew members and ensuring that equipment and trucks/trailers are in working order and properly maintained are also part of your role. Miscellaneous job-related duties may be assigned as needed.
