Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of plant care, landscape maintenance, and equipment maintenance.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with new and current clients to gather requirements for recurring maintenance or enhancement work.
  • Prepare and present bids, follow up on proposals, and make amendments as needed until the proposal is either accepted or declined by the client.
  • Schedule active jobs and ensure that crews are fulfilling the services on time and with quality.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and address any issues that arise.
  • Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired as needed.
  • Manage a routine maintenance schedule to prevent equipment downtime.
  • Actively collaborate with administrative staff to ensure smooth operations and accurate record-keeping.
  • Offer field input for company decisions when required.
