About The Position

NV5 is a provider of professional and technical engineering, landscape architecture, and consulting solutions to public and private sector clients in the infrastructure, energy, construction, program management, and environmental markets. We are looking for a Project Manager to support the Design group. Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master of Landscape Architecture (BLA/MLA) degree from an accredited program
  • 2+ Years of Experience working as a Landscape Architect
  • Strong computer and hand graphic skills as well as proficiency in software programs relevant to the industry including AutoCAD, Land-FX, Adobe, Creative Suite, 3D Modeling software like Sketch Up and Lumion, and Bluebeam
  • Excellent organization and communication skills
  • Prioritization and time management skills
  • Able to work without close supervision and in a team environment
  • Must have: Resume and Portfolio

Responsibilities

  • Perform technically as a Landscape Architect
  • Preparation of component work products
  • Perform quality control on construction documents, plans, proposals, and technical reports
  • Management of own projects and those of the Design team
  • Assist in training Design Interns, Landscape Designers, and Landscape Architects
  • Monitor project budgets and assist in monthly invoice process
  • Build relationships with consultants, clients, and other professionals
  • Conduct meetings as required with clients, government agencies or other staff to ensure effective project management, approval or administration
  • Represent NV5 in the community
  • Responsible for meeting defined billable goals
  • Actively involved in professional and community organizations
