About The Position

As a Landscape Architect Intern for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you will find yourself working as part of a collaborative design team consisting of engineers, ecologists, scientists, architects, and developers to create sustainable developments for our commercial, public, institutional, residential and energy clients. This position may involve: Assisting with the creation of site layout, grading, landscape, utility, and sustainable stormwater management plans. Preparing high quality visual graphics that help our clients and the public visualize the project upon completion and highlight key project features. Collaborating with other CEC practices to learn the "big picture" view of CEC, and how we support our clients. Through the CEC Internship Program, you will: Acquire practical experience applying knowledge from college courses, learn from industry experts, and collaborate with teams across functional groups and locations; Develop a robust professional network through social events and interactive activities; Collaborate closely with a mentor in your discipline to tackle real-world challenges; Participate in workshops to help foster interpersonal skills within the workplace and prepare students for success in their full-time careers.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in an undergraduate Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or Landscape Architecture program
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC) in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Previous AutoCAD experience a plus
• Previous intern experience is a plus
