AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Landscape Architecture Intern – Spring 2026 to join our Henderson, NV office. AtkinsRéalis is a world-class engineering services and nuclear organization. For over 50 years, we’ve partnered with public and private clients across the U.S. to deliver infrastructure planning, engineering, construction, environmental consulting, urban planning, architecture, and program management. Our Internship Program, Explore, is designed for college students pursuing a degree in a STEM field and provides opportunities to learn what it’s like to work in a professional environment and apply what’s learned in class to the real-world challenges we face every day.

  • Contribute to the creative development of landscape architecture projects—both locally and across the country—bringing fresh ideas to life.
  • Gain hands-on experience producing detailed landscape architectural drawings and technical plans using AutoCAD and LandFX.
  • Help craft compelling presentation graphics using industry-standard tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and Lumion.
  • Assist in compiling material quantities and preparing cost estimates, giving you insight into the practical aspects of project planning.
  • Participate in site visits and field inspections and help document findings—an invaluable opportunity to see how designs translate into built environments.
  • Must have completed 60 hours towards a degree in Landscape Architecture by the start of the internship (Spring 2026).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based environments.
  • Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Lumion (strongly preferred).
  • Familiarity with landscape architecture firms, landscape construction, or graphic production is considered advantageous.
