About The Position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Landscape Architect to design and support custom residential landscape projects from concept through construction. This role combines artistic vision with technical documentation and close collaboration with construction teams to deliver high-quality outdoor environments.
The ideal candidate has strong design capabilities, technical drafting skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
• Experience producing professional landscape design and construction documentation
• Proficiency with landscape design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools)
• Strong design sensibility with high attention to detail
• Ability to interpret site conditions and integrate practical solutions into design
• Clear communication and collaborative teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape design concepts and construction documents for custom residential projects
• Prepare detailed plans, sections, specifications, and technical details for permitting and construction
• Collaborate with project managers and field teams to ensure constructability and execution alignment
• Coordinate directly with clients to refine design intent and project requirements
• Support projects through revisions, field coordination, and implementation oversight
• Maintain project documentation and ensure design compliance with local regulations
• Contribute to creative brainstorming and design development sessions
