Landscape Architect

About the position

Actalent is seeking a Landscape Architect for a hybrid role based in Berkley, MI. The position requires flexibility to work Monday through Friday during first shift hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscape architecture or civil engineering, with a focus on land development projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop landscape architecture and civil land development projects.
• Create schematic designs, design development, and construction documents.
• Ensure compliance with code requirements and industry standards.

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• 3+ years of AutoCAD 2D experience.
• 3+ years of experience in landscape architecture and/or civil land development projects.
• Experience with schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Knowledge of code compliance requirements and industry standards.
