About The Position

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Landscape Architecture.

• Working knowledge of geographic information systems (GIS).
• Experience with Bluebeam or other digital plan review software.
• Familiarity with EnerGov or other permitting software.

Responsibilities

• Review and process development applications and design drawings for conformity with zoning ordinances.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure code compliance.
• Participate in the Emergency Operations Center (EOC) when activated.
• Engage in special projects as needed.
