About The Position
Kenneth Philp Landscape Architects (KPLA) is a well-established firm specializing in residential landscape architectural projects throughout the Puget Sound Region. Our design process emphasizes three equally important and fundamental aspects of design: architectural style, the inherent qualities of the site, and our clients' personality and vision. We believe it is imperative to consider each of these factors, allowing each aspect to shape the design process and to create a springboard for the composition of a design concept and program. We are currently seeking a project manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of project management experience. Applicants should be able to jump into managing projects immediately. Responsibilities include site analysis, master plan development, permit document production and submittal, construction document production, and coordinating with clients and consultants. Candidate must be self-motivated, team-oriented, eager to work in a fast-paced collaborative setting and possess the ability to prioritize and organize tasks.
