About The Position

Landfill Laborer - White Oak Landfill (Monroe, LA) Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Occasional Saturdays, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Compensation: Hourly wage is 17.00 to 17.50 dollars depending on experience. Overtime is paid at time and a half for all hours worked over 40 hours per week. Daily Responsibilities Include: Weed-eating and general site maintenance Pressure washing equipment and work areas Assisting with scale operations and helping load/unload trucks Performing cleanup tasks and other duties assigned by the supervisor What You'll Need: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record Willingness to work in all weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs. throughout a 10+ hour shift, move and perform physical labor daily A safety-first mindset and team player attitude Experience operating a tractor and bush hog is a plus Why Join Waste Connections? Requirements

A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
