Requirements

• Valid Driver's License with good Driving Record
• Background Check and Drug Test
• Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Responsibilities

• Follow Field Maintenance procedures and design standards
• Proper HDPE welding techniques
• Proper well pump installation techniques
• Proper equipment operation procedures
• Safe and correct use of hand and power tools
• Understand and Troubleshoot field processes
• Perform field maintenance duties safely
• Operate heavy equipment safely
• Know and understand Construction Safety
• Read, understand, and perform according to company mission and values
• Maintain and update Accurate field logs
• Maintain and update Field databases
• Maintain and update Field compliance forms
• Identify and communicate Field safety hazards
• Identify and communicate Field process issues
• Engage in Continual education
• Engage in Fellow Employee training
• Engage in Innovation and continual improvement
• Maintain Shop, Storage, and UTV housekeeping standards
