Requirements

10+ years of experience as a Survey Party Chief.
Expertise in land surveying techniques and equipment (GPS, Total Station, ALTA, Mapping).
Ability to work independently and lead field crews in a fast-paced environment.
Physical capability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
Experience mentoring junior staff and training on equipment use.

Responsibilities

Lead field survey operations across diverse project types including:
Boundary & ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys
Topographic & Construction Surveys
Right-of-Way Acquisition
Transmission Line & Gas Pipeline Surveys
Operate and train others on advanced equipment: RTK GPS, total stations, levels, and data collectors.
Perform construction stakeouts and conduct deed research as needed.
Ensure accuracy and efficiency through QA/QC of all fieldwork.
Collaborate with project managers and office staff to deliver high-quality results on time.
