About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of land surveying principles and practices, with the ability to conduct surveys and analyze data effectively. This role requires proficiency in various surveying tools and software, as well as a solid foundation in mathematics and civil engineering concepts.

Requirements

• Proficient in land surveying techniques and methodologies.
• Experience with GIS applications for spatial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or MicroStation for design purposes.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations including Algebra and Trigonometry.
• Familiarity with civil engineering principles related to land development projects.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate data interpretation.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct land surveys using advanced surveying equipment and technology.
• Prepare detailed survey reports and maps to document findings.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate project specifications.
• Analyze survey data to determine boundaries, topography, and land features.
• Utilize GIS (Geographic Information Systems) for mapping and analysis.
• Perform calculations using Algebra and Trigonometry to ensure precision in measurements.
• Create designs and plans using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or MicroStation software.
• Maintain compliance with local regulations and standards in all surveying activities.
