We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or tenured Survey CAD Technician to support our land surveying team. Requirements

  • Proven experience in land surveying.
  • Project management expertise.
  • Proficiency in CAD, preferably Carlson software.
  • Survey drafting and mapping skills.
  • Ability to perform stormwater design, grading, and erosion control.
  • Knowledge in topography and topographic surveys.
  • Professional Engineer or EIT certification preferred.
  • Experience with construction stakeout and total station.
  • Ten years of land surveying experience, with at least one year as a Surveying Project Manager.
  • Minimum of five years of experience using CAD.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of successful survey project management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and assist with survey data processing and mapping.
  • Perform quality control checks on survey CAD technicians' work.
  • Process and prepare field survey crew data.
  • Prepare boundary and topographic mapping.
  • Prepare As Built and ALTA mapping.
  • Perform computations for construction layout.
  • Communicate daily with field crews.
