We are seeking an experienced Project Manager or tenured Survey CAD Technician to support our land surveying team. Requirements
- Proven experience in land surveying.
- Project management expertise.
- Proficiency in CAD, preferably Carlson software.
- Survey drafting and mapping skills.
- Ability to perform stormwater design, grading, and erosion control.
- Knowledge in topography and topographic surveys.
- Professional Engineer or EIT certification preferred.
- Experience with construction stakeout and total station.
- Ten years of land surveying experience, with at least one year as a Surveying Project Manager.
- Minimum of five years of experience using CAD.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of successful survey project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist with survey data processing and mapping.
- Perform quality control checks on survey CAD technicians' work.
- Process and prepare field survey crew data.
- Prepare boundary and topographic mapping.
- Prepare As Built and ALTA mapping.
- Perform computations for construction layout.
- Communicate daily with field crews.
