Requirements

• Experience operating and maintaining surveying instruments and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains surveying instruments and equipment, including total stations, GPS units, and data collectors.
• Assists survey crews with measuring distances, angles, and elevations to support boundary, construction, and topographic surveys.
• Sets up, calibrates, and verifies accuracy of instruments before and during use.
• Records field data and ensures accuracy and completeness for project documentation.
• Interprets survey plans and provides support in layout and staking for construction projects.
• Follows safety procedures and maintains equipment in proper working condition.
• Collaborates with surveyors, engineers, and field staff to complete projects efficiently.
