Departmental Hiring Salary Range: $54,601 - $62,791.15
Requirements
- Work requires knowledge of a specific vocational, administrative, or technical nature which may be obtained with six months/one year of advanced study or training past the high school equivalency.
Responsibilities
- Reviews site plans for land survey requirements.
- Prepares area and boundary calculations and reports for parcels and impervious areas
- Drafts exhibits and drawings for land surveying and presentations utilizing land records and deeds
- Checks subdivision boundaries for closures.
- Maintains, files, and records work and cyphers completed
- Other office and land surveying and mapping duties as directed by supervisor.
