About The Position
Control Point Associates is seeking an experienced Project Manager who is a Professional Licensed Surveyor for our Southborough, MA office. As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality control of all survey documents, including survey plans, record plots, metes and bounds descriptions, and construction layout services. You will be responsible for providing weekly progress and status reports on project deliverables to all project stakeholders and the management team. In this role, you will administer surveying activities, which includes oversight of staff, technical resources, and client communication for multiple projects. You will prepare and execute quality control reviews, safety, and quality assurance procedures. Additionally, you will effectively convey our Integrated Business Model in both written and verbal business development discussions, creating and maintaining a strong presence and leadership in the market. Your responsibilities will also include initiating and participating in business development activities to partner with new and existing clients, continually seeking opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships. Monitoring project budgets and accountability for project profitability will be key aspects of your role, as well as preparing and reviewing project billing reports for monthly invoicing and working with the accounting department on account collections. You will also be involved in staff development, contract preparation, and ensuring accountability for project numbers.
