Pennoni Associates is currently seeking a Survey Crew Chief for our Haddon Heights, NJ office, with experience consistent, but not limited to:

Requirements

High School Diploma
Minimum 5 years of work experience in the field as a survey crew chief. Due to the unique nature of consulting engineering and planning services, prior experience in our industry is highly desirable.
Clean driving record with valid driver's license and ability to pass USDOT driver check

Nice To Haves

Understanding and ability to use Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3Dsoftware, a plus
Able to use Trimble Business Center for post processing field files, a plus
Desire to grow and expand knowledge in land surveying
Ability to work out of town as needed or requested
Knowledge of Leica RTC360 / P50 High-Definition Laser Scanners, a plus

Responsibilities

Being responsible for various surveys including boundary, ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, topographic and construction layout.
Proficiency with operation of Trimble robotic total stations, data collectors and GPS systems
Ability to work alone or with a crew
Ability to perform computations and QA/QC checks on work performed
Must demonstrate clear commitment to delivering excellent customer service exemplified by the finished work product, be it a support service or tangible end-product
